Healthy America & UBA launched an improved new online enrollment platform to make the enrollment process simpler to use and adhere to newer regulatory compliance requirements.

Healthy America & UBA launched a new Member Portal for all members of the United Business Association or Benefit Boost Subscription plans. The Member Portal allowed the member to view the purchased membership plans(s), plan cost(s), digital ID cards, Member Guide(s), and Certificates of Insurance (if applicable).
HealthyAmerica successfully maintained full operations during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak by working from home and conducting split shifts as well as practicing safe distancing, wearing masks & gloves and practicing thorough sanitizing & disinfecting off all office surfaces, equipment & phones. At the end of April, all staff returned to the office maintaining social distancing, mask wearing and professional sanitization cleaning of the office.

HealthyAmerica contracts with MeMD® to add a new primary care telehealth service, Virtual PCP Solution as a new product offering in the Benefit Boost family of products. We introduced the new monthly subscription membership plan on the UBA Enrollment Platform April 29, 2021.
